Privilege escalation in the Android 11 Framework allows local users to bypass background-process restrictions through a tiny PiP window. The PiP minimum-size path accepts application-declared minWidth and minHeight values below the intended 48dp floor, creating an effectively invisible foreground task. A malicious local application needs no user interaction or additional execution privileges, and its foreground status evades restrictions applied to background processes.
