Local heap disclosure via unchecked Parcel length

Information disclosure in Google Cloud Android 8.1 through 11 allows local users to read uninitialized heap data from the Media Framework. The IMediaPlayer.cpp readVector helper allocates a vector from a Parcel-declared size and reads it without first ensuring that the Parcel contains that many bytes. A malicious local application needs no additional execution privileges or user interaction and can recover heap contents exposed by the short read.
