Local identifier disclosure via untargeted snoozing alarm

Information disclosure in Android 8.1, 9, 10, and 11 allows local users to obtain a notification identifier through a broadcast intent. The createPendingIntent method in SnoozeHelper.java builds the snoozing alarm as an untargeted broadcast while embedding the notification key as an extra. A local malicious app must induce user interaction and receive that broadcast to read the key; no integrity or availability effect is reported.
