Out-of-bounds read in Google's Android kernel Camera component allows local users to disclose information through user interaction. The convertToHidl function in convert.cpp reads beyond valid ReturnFrameworkMessage data because the message contains uninitialized data. No additional execution privileges are required, but a user must interact with the local input; the consequence is limited to information exposed by the read.
