Privilege escalation in Google Cloud Android 11 allows local users to bypass vCard import consent through a malicious screen overlay. ImportVCardActivity and SelectAccountActivity leave non-system overlay windows visible during the consent flow instead of hiding them. Exploitation requires User-level code execution and interaction with the overlaid import flow, resulting in consent bypass and local privilege escalation.
