Published Jul 14, 2021 · Updated Aug 3, 2024

Permission bypass in Android 11 MediaProvider allows local users to gain additional permissions through a misleading permission dialog. PermissionActivity.onCreate limits the dialog text to two lines, truncating information needed to make an informed permission choice.
