Local privilege escalation via unchecked power-mode index

Out-of-bounds write in PowerManagerService in Android 11 allows local users to escalate privileges without user interaction. The setPowerModeWithHandle function uses a supplied power-mode value to index its cached HAL-support array before checking that the index is within range. A local application needs no additional execution privileges; the resulting memory corruption enables execution with elevated privileges.
