Local ICCID disclosure via missing permission checks

Information disclosure in Android 10 telephony allows local users to read a trackable SIM identifier without user interaction. The framework protects TelephonyManager.getSimSerialNumber but leaves the same ICCID exposed through SubscriptionInfo.getIccId and SubscriptionInfo.toString. Code execution with ordinary user privileges is required, and the disclosed ICCID enables persistent tracking without data modification or service interruption.
