Out-of-bounds read in Android 10.0 and 11.0 allows local users to disclose process memory through the MediaTek FLV extractor. The FLV extractor applies an incorrect bounds check to crafted media data and reads beyond the intended buffer. Exploitation requires local access but no additional execution privileges or user interaction; disclosure is limited to memory reachable by the extractor.
