Missing authorization in Android 11 UiModeManagerService allows local users to escalate privileges through setNightModeActivated. The method processes a low-privileged caller's request without checking the required permission before changing the system night-mode state. A local app can reach the service without user interaction and perform the unauthorized system-level change.
