Local information disclosure via incorrect slice permission check

Incorrect authorization in Android 11 SliceManagerService allows local users to disclose protected slice data without user interaction. The checkSlicePermission method wrongly accepts a general URI permission as sufficient access, bypassing slices' separate internal permission controls. An ordinary locally installed app can reach the flaw with no additional execution privileges; the documented impact is limited to information disclosure.
