Information disclosure in Android 11 DeviceStorageMonitorService allows local users to access sensitive URIs through a hijacked PendingIntent. updateNotifications creates the low-storage notification PendingIntent without making it immutable, allowing a malicious notification listener to alter the intent and obtain OS-granted access to sensitive URIs. Exploitation requires local user execution and notification-listener access, but no further user interaction.
