System-privileged memory disclosure via truncated NFC notification

Out-of-bounds read in Android 11 NFC allows local users with System execution privileges to disclose process memory without interaction. The nci_proc_rf_management_ntf function processed RF deactivation notifications without first verifying the five-byte minimum, then read deactivation-type and reason fields beyond a truncated message. Exploitation requires System execution privileges, and the resulting read is confined to memory adjacent to the malformed NFC message.
