Out-of-bounds write in Android 10 and Android 11 netdiag allows local users to escalate privileges through malformed input. Netdiag applies an incorrect bounds check before a write can exceed its intended buffer. Exploitation requires local access and System execution privileges, needs no user interaction, and can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
