Local privilege escalation via unchecked advertiser IDs

Out-of-bounds write in Android 8.1 through 11 allows local users to elevate privileges in the Bluetooth server without user interaction. AdvertiseManager passes nonexistent advertiser IDs to several native Bluetooth advertising functions without verifying that each ID matches a registered advertiser. User-level code can reach the flaw without user interaction, and the resulting write corrupts memory inside the privileged Bluetooth server.
