Tapjacking in Google Cloud Android PackageInstaller 8.1 through 10 allows local users to gain permissions through an obscured permission prompt. Permission-related activities accepted touches while obscured because their themes did not enable filterTouchesWhenObscured. A malicious local app must overlay the interface and induce a tap; successful exploitation grants permissions without further execution privileges.
