Incorrect default permissions in Juniper Networks Junos OS allow local users with tenant administrator privileges to redirect cross-tenant traffic. The tenant administrator role receives permissions that allow device-wide traffic-management changes instead of restricting control to its tenant. The issue requires tenant services on specified SRX devices with SPC2 or SPC3; traffic can reach other tenants or expose their traffic.
