Privilege escalation via plaintext administrator credentials

Information exposure in Juniper Networks Contrail Networking before 1911.31 allows local users to obtain administrator credentials. The product stores administrator credentials in plaintext in a file readable by a locally authenticated user, although Juniper has not disclosed the file or writing component. Exploitation requires local authentication and file-read access, after which the credentials grant elevated control over the system.
