Browser JavaScript execution via undisclosed script injection
Published Jun 12, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript in a user's browser. Adobe identifies neither the affected component nor the input and output handling error that permits script injection. Exploitation requires a user to render attacker-controlled content, and successful execution operates within the browser context available to that content.
