Signed PDF content spoofing via trusted incremental updates

Security-feature bypass in Adobe Acrobat and Reader 2020.006.20042 and earlier allows attackers to spoof signed PDFs via crafted files. Signature validation treats incremental updates to hidden PDF objects, overlays, fonts, or cross-reference tables as harmless, so altered content retains a valid signature indicator. Attackers must control the PDF before signing, modify it afterward, and induce a recipient to open it; the 2017.011.30166 and earlier and 2015.006.30518 and earlier tracks are also affected.
