Information disclosure via TIF buffer over-read
Published Jun 26, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe Bridge 10.0.1 and earlier allows attackers to disclose information by opening a crafted TIF file. The TIF parser fails to validate user-supplied data before reading past the end of an allocated buffer, exposing adjacent process memory. Exploitation requires a target to visit a malicious page or open the file; the disclosed data can support a separate exploit chain.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
