Administrator credential disclosure via Base64-encoded login data

Information disclosure in ARRIS TG1692A firmware 9.1.103DE2 allows remote attackers to obtain administrator credentials via /login. The /login page exposes the administrator login name and password as Base64-encoded data instead of protecting the credentials with encryption. Unauthenticated network access to the device's management interface is sufficient to recover the plaintext credentials, enabling administrator login and configuration access.
