Stored XSS via unsanitized folder names

Stored XSS in Octech Oempro 4.7 through 4.11 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. Media.CreateFolder accepts a FolderName containing HTML event-handler markup and stores it for later rendering without effective neutralization. Exploitation requires an authenticated account and subsequent interaction by a user, exposing data and actions available to that user's browser session.
