Code execution in the Spotfire library in affected TIBCO Spotfire releases allows remote authenticated users to run system-level code. The library lets users with write access but without Script Author permission change saved file and object attributes so untrusted content is treated as trusted. Exploitation requires Spotfire Library write permission and can make Web Player, Analyst clients, or TERR Service execute attacker-controlled code with the process account's privileges.
