SQL injection via unparameterized GIS tolerance

SQL injection in Django 1.11 before 1.11.29, 2.2 before 2.2.11, and 3.0 before 3.0.4 allows attackers to execute arbitrary SQL. OracleToleranceMixin and Oracle GIS aggregates inserted the tolerance value directly into SQL templates instead of passing it as a typed query expression. Exploitation requires an Oracle-backed application to pass attacker-controlled tolerance data into an affected GIS function or aggregate, exposing data and operations allowed to the application's database account.
