Incorrect access control in Mahara 19.04 before 19.04.5 and 19.10 before 19.10.3 allows remote authenticated users to read account details. The Elasticsearch search implementation returns account records without enforcing the configured institution-isolation boundaries. Exposure requires Elasticsearch, authenticated search access, and the Isolated institutions setting; the disclosed impact is limited to account data.
