Crash and disclosure via unchecked FDC index

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel 3.16 through 5.5.6 allows local users to crash the system or expose sensitive information. The set_fdc function assigns an invalid controller index before validation, allowing the FDCS macro in wait_til_ready to index beyond a static allocation. Exploitation requires local access and a reachable physical or virtual floppy controller; no integrity impact is reported.
