Remote command execution via traceroute host injection

OS command injection in TP-Link TL-WR849N 0.9.1 4.16 allows remote attackers to execute commands through the traceroute host field. The diagnostics CGI passes the host value to a shell-backed traceroute command without neutralizing command substitutions or separators. A crafted request requires network reachability to the management panel and no user interaction; the diagnostics response exposes command output.
