Denial of service in signotec signoPAD-API/Web before 3.1.1 on Windows allows remote attackers to crash the web API via WebSockets. The WebSocket listener accepts an unbounded number of simultaneous sockets; the published page opens 1,000 connections until the service fails. Exploitation requires a victim on the affected Windows host to visit an attacker-controlled website, and the documented consequence is a web API crash.
