Stored XSS in SOPlanning 1.45 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in the browser of another user through a saved URL setting. The global instance-URL setting accepts and persists JavaScript without neutralizing it before later page rendering. Access to global settings is required, and a victim must view the affected page; the script runs in the browser context of that victim.
