Unauthenticated file disclosure via unsanitized download path

Path traversal in the download.aspx handler in Aquaforest TIFF Server 4.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files. The handler accepts the name parameter as a file path without authenticating the request or sanitizing the supplied value. Exposure requires network access to the TIFF Server web interface, and disclosure is limited to files readable by its process.
