Arbitrary code execution via installer DLL search path

Unsafe DLL search paths in Fortinet FortiClient for Windows 6.4.6 and earlier and 7.0.0 allow local users to execute arbitrary code. FortiClientOnlineInstaller.exe and FortiClientVPNOnlineInstaller.exe search their containing directory for filter-library DLLs and load an attacker-supplied file. Exploitation requires an installer to be launched from a directory the attacker controls, after which the malicious DLL executes with the installer's privileges.
