Cross-site request forgery in ICE Hrm 26.2.0 allows remote attackers to create arbitrary users via a crafted service.php request. The service.php saveUser action accepts a cross-site form submission containing attacker-chosen account fields, including administrative role data, without verifying that the request originated from the application. Exploitation requires an authenticated ICE Hrm user to visit attacker-controlled content, after which the attacker can add accounts and alter application integrity.
