Arbitrary user creation via forged AJAX request

Cross-site request forgery in SOPlanning 1.45 allows remote attackers to create arbitrary users through process/xajax_server.php. The endpoint accepts a cross-origin POST selecting submitFormUser and trusts attacker-supplied xajaxargs values, including account permissions, without verifying that the authenticated user intended the request. Exploitation requires an authenticated victim to submit the crafted request; successful abuse adds an account with attacker-chosen credentials and privileges.
