Improper privilege management in Huawei FusionSphere 6.5.1 allows local users with low-privilege accounts to perform unauthorized operations. The affected permission-assignment logic grants an actor privileges that are not authorized for the requested action. Exploitation requires local access to an affected Huawei Cloud Stack deployment and a low-privilege account, after which operations beyond that account's assigned privileges become available.
