Application authorization bypass in Huawei EMUI and Magic UI allows local users to delete SMS messages stored in PrivateSpace. The telephony application interface bypasses the restriction that prevents ordinary applications from writing SMS data, permitting direct deletion. A locally installed low-privilege application can erase PrivateSpace messages, with no reported read access or broader modification.
