Unauthenticated command execution via PING field

OS command injection in Eltex NTP-RG-1402G 3.25.3.32 and NTP-2 3.25.1.1226 allows remote attackers to execute commands. The ping.cmd resource passes the unneutralized PING field to an operating-system command, permitting shell metacharacters to alter the invoked command. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants command execution with the web process's privileges.
