Root escalation via default Docker group membership

Privilege escalation in Google OS Login Guest Environment before 20200507 allows local users with OS Login access to gain root. The default PAM group rule in /etc/security/group.conf adds OS Login users to the docker group, allowing Docker to mount and modify the host filesystem. The user must hold roles/compute.osLogin and access a VM with OS Login enabled; root access permits arbitrary host filesystem changes.
