Discussion thread disclosure via incomplete ACL enforcement

Improper access control in MISP before 2.4.121 allows remote authenticated users to read discussion threads outside their authorized scope. The ThreadsController view and index paths applied incomplete distribution and sharing-group filters instead of consistently calling Thread::checkIfAuthorised against the underlying event. Access to a MISP account and a crafted thread request is required; successful exploitation exposes discussions belonging to inaccessible events or sharing groups.
