Password-guessing protection bypass via HTTP PUT

Authentication protection bypass in MISP before 2.4.121 allows remote attackers to evade login brute-force limits with HTTP PUT requests. UsersController::login recorded failed attempts in the Bruteforce model only for POST requests, leaving invalid PUT logins uncounted. The bypass permits repeated password guesses; account access still requires discovery of a valid credential.
