Brute-force protection bypass via divergent clocks

Improper authentication in MISP before 2.4.121 allows remote attackers to bypass brute-force protection through server time skew. Bruteforce::clean compares expiration timestamps created from the web server's clock with database-server time, allowing skew to remove active lockout records prematurely. Exploitation requires divergent clocks and repeated invalid login requests; the flaw enables continued password guessing but does not itself disclose a valid password.
