Guest-to-hypervisor code execution via VGA double fetch

Out-of-bounds write in the VGA virtual device in Parallels Desktop 15.1.0-47107 allows local users to execute code in the hypervisor. The ring3 video worker double-fetches guest-controlled height and width values from shared VGA state, then writes past its fixed screen buffer. Exploitation requires high-privileged code execution inside a guest VM and can compromise the per-VM hypervisor process on the host.
