Stored XSS in Vanilla 2.6.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser through the branding page. The branding settings endpoint stores user-supplied branding content without sufficient sanitization and renders it when the page is opened. Successful exploitation requires access to branding settings and a victim to view the stored page, enabling browser-context data theft or page alteration.
