Authenticated database disclosure via unsanitized query parameters
Published Feb 13, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
SQL injection in SuiteCRM 7.11.10 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive database data through CRM interfaces. The SOAP set_entries path passes unsanitized name fields into check_for_duplicate_contacts, while EmailUIAjax and MailMerge embed multiple request parameters in SQL queries. A valid low-privilege session and network access to an affected interface are required; inbound, boolean-based, or time-based injection exposes database contents.
