Authenticated code execution via unrestricted keyword upload
Published Apr 3, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Unrestricted file upload in TestLink 1.9.20 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through keyword import. keywordsImport.php derives a temporary destination suffix directly from the requested importType and moves the upload there without restricting the resulting extension. An authenticated account that can import keywords can place and request a PHP web shell, enabling OS command execution under the web server account.
