Unauthenticated file overwrite via feeder-supplied paths

Path traversal in Global.py in CIRCL AIL Framework 2.8 allows remote attackers to overwrite files through a malicious feed. The global-feed handler joins a feeder-supplied paste path to PASTES_FOLDER and writes decoded content without first verifying that the resolved path remains inside that directory. Control of a feed provider is required; the overwrite can replace Python code and lead to code execution in the AIL environment.
