Service degradation via oversized defer parameters

Improper parameter validation in the OX App Suite backend through 7.10.3 allows remote attackers to degrade service availability. The pre-authentication /api/defer endpoint repeatedly processes oversized request parameters without enforcing length limits or filtering them. Repeated unauthenticated requests consume backend resources, slowing responses and degrading availability without a reported crash or data impact.
