Published Jan 31, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Cross-site request forgery in School Management Software PHP/mySQL through 2019-03-14 allows remote attackers to add an administrative user. The office_admin addadmin action accepts a cross-origin POST containing administrator identity, password, and permission fields without a request-integrity token. Exploitation requires an authenticated office administrator's browser to submit the attacker's form, after which the created account has administrative access.
