Missing authorization in Kronos webTA 3.8.x and later 3.x versions before 4.0 allows remote authenticated users to gain administrator privileges. The H491delegate servlet accepts delegate, delegateRole, and delegatorUserId parameters without adequately authorizing the requested delegation and role assignment. Exploitation requires a Timekeeper or Supervisor account and grants unauthorized administrative control within the application.
