Control-system disruption via writable registry settings

Incorrect registry permissions in ABB System 800xA Base 6.0 and earlier allow local users to disrupt control-system functions. Windows registry access controls permit low-privileged accounts to read and modify settings consumed by control-system functionality. An authenticated low-privileged account is required; changed settings can stop or malfunction system functions.
